Reporting Illegal or Unethical Conduct

Donnell Systems requires all employees to observe the highest standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities.  We encourage employees, customers and third party vendors to report suspected wrongdoings.  Reports can be made openly or anonymously using one of the following options:

  1. Call the Ethics and Compliance Hotline:  Call 800.232.3776 ext 221.  Please provide as much information as you feel comfortable sharing.  Reports can remain anonymous.
  2. Mail Hard-Copy Report:  Mail to Donnell Systems, Inc., 130 S Main Street, Ste 375, South Bend, IN  46601, Attention Vice President of Administration.
  3. Deposit Hard-Copy Report to Inner Office Mailbox (DSI Employees Only):  Deposit report within secure inner-office mailbox located within Donnell Systems office suite.
